  To better understand the affects to medical patients we are launching a nationwide sleep survey targeting our sleep deprived citizens. Your web-sites generally attract those with sleep problems. We would like to request permission to add the sleep survey link to your web-site.

  Our goal is to find out the overall commonalities in demographics and behavior characteristics of our nation of sleep sufferers. In return we will post a link to your web-site on highdesertpublishing.com and share all information regarding our findings.
